Refund policy

Due to the nature of wholesale merchandise, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If there is a problem with your order, contact Toys Wholesale Dallas within 3 days of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the affected merchandise.

Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, unsold merchandise, or products that have been opened, used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was made by Toys Wholesale Dallas.
